Exchanges

We have a no refund policy however we do allow product exchanges for another items.

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
  • Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability.
  • Exchanges to be made within 7 days of purchase. 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • WhatsApp or Email us at info@mishkaa.com to initiate your exchange with your order number.
  • Specify the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item.
  • Products with original tags will be exchanged only.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
